Solid strip surfaces

Electrochemically tin-plated, solid strips suitable for soldering, with special pre-treatment for stamping , bending and drawing of electrical and electronic components, plating thickness up to 12 µm. Also with a copper or nickel barrier layer. Selective tin plating is possible on request.

We plate according to Tyco Specifications 112-16 and 112-65, Bosch Specifications N67F 863, N67F 864 and N67F 865 or the official specifications ASTM B545, DIN 13599 (formerly DIN 40500-1 (strip)), DIN 13601 (formerly DIN 40500-3 (profiled)), DIN 13602 (DIN 40500-4 (wires) and DIN 40500-5 (tin-plated)), DIN 10202 and DIN 50965.

Silver-plated, spooled, narrow strips to increase the electrical conductivity and improve the spot welding suitability of stamp -cut components, e.g. conducting components or contact springs.

We plate according to Tyco Specification 112-32, Bosch Specifications N67F 913 and N67F 915 or the official specification ASTM B298. We will be happy to plate according to other standards or specifications on request.

Technical, highly ductile nickel layers suitable for stamping , for high-temperature applications. Plating thickness up to approx. 5 µm. Nickel is used as a barrier layer against diffusion. Selective nickel plating is possible on request.

We plate according to Tyco Specifications 112-25-2 and 122-25-3 or the official specifications ASTM B355, ASTM B689, DIN 17740 and DIN 50968. We will be happy to plate according to other standards or specifications on request.
